তাহাজ্জুদের সময়, সিজদায় এবং সালাতের পর বিনম্র অন্তরে আল্লাহর কাছে নবী যাকারিয়া আলাইহিস সালামের এই বাক্য দ্বারা দুআ করুন: 'রাব্বি লা তাযারনী ফারদাওঁ ওয়া আনতা খাইরুল ওয়ারিসীন'। কোনো ভণ্ড কবিরাজ বা গণকের কাছে যাবেন না এবং কোনো তাবিজ ব্যবহার করবেন না।
