Authentic Ruqyah for Protection Against Jinn Afflictions
Context & Islamic Significance
The strongest fortification against the harm and whispers of rebellious jinn is the constant remembrance of Allah and the recitations prescribed by the Prophet ﷺ. Ayat al-Kursi and Surah Al-Baqarah are proven, direct protections against demonic intrusions. Moreover, confronting illness with patient endurance while pursuing medical treatment is the Sunnah of the righteous (Sahih al-Bukhari 5652).

Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

Do not make your houses as graveyards. Indeed, Satan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited.

Qalan-Nabiyyu sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam: In shi'ti sabarti wa lakil-jannah, wa in shi'ti da'awtullaha ay-yu'aafiyaki.
Narrated 'Ata bin Abi Rabah: Ibn 'Abbas said to me, 'Shall I show you a woman of the people of Paradise?' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'This black lady came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, 'I get attacks of epilepsy and my body becomes uncovered; please invoke Allah for me.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to her), 'If you wish, be patient and you will enter Paradise; and if you wish, I will invoke Allah to cure you.' She said, 'I will remain patient,' and added, 'but I become uncovered, so please invoke Allah for me that I may not become uncovered.' So he invoked Allah for her.'

🌿How to Perform (According to Sunnah)
Regularly recite or play Surah Al-Baqarah in the home (Sahih Muslim 780). Recite Ayat al-Kursi after every obligatory prayer and before going to sleep. Consistently maintain morning and evening adhkar. Never consult fortune-tellers, soothsayers, or magicians.
Important Safety & Shariah Note
Ruqyah is a means of seeking Allah's protection and healing; it does not replace medical care. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for illnesses. Never wear amulets/talismans or visit fortune-tellers/sorcerers.

Washing and Bathing Sunnah Remedy for the Evil Eye
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The evil eye is a fact, and if there were anything to outstrip the divine decree, it would be the evil eye. And when you are asked to wash, then wash.' (Sahih Muslim 2188). If the person who cast the evil eye is known, asking them to perform ablution and pouring that water over the afflicted person is directly established in the authentic Sunnah as an effective ruqyah and healing.
Authentic Ruqyah for the Evil Eye (Ayn & Hasad)
The Prophet ﷺ said: 'The evil eye is real. If anything were to overtake destiny, it would be the evil eye' (Muslim 2188). Ruqyah completely neutralizes the harmful effects of jealousy and admiration, and Angel Jibril performed ruqyah over the Prophet ﷺ for this.
