ঈমান, ওজু বা পবিত্রতা নিয়ে অন্তরে সন্দেহ ও অসৎ দ্বিধাদ্বন্দ্ব তৈরি করা শয়তানের স্বভাবজাত অপকৌশল। রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ জানিয়েছেন এমন অবস্থায় বিচলিত না হয়ে অবিলম্বে বিতর্ক থামিয়ে আল্লাহর কাছে আশ্রয় চাইতে হবে।

1 texts / referencesYa'tish-shaytaanu ahadakum fayaqoolu: Man khalaqa kadha? Man khalaqa kadha? Hatta yaqoola: Man khalaqa Rabbak? Fa-idha balaghahu falyasta'idh billahi walyantah.
Satan comes to one of you and says: 'Who created this? Who created that?' until he says: 'Who created your Lord?' When he reaches that point, let him seek refuge in Allah and stop [such thoughts].

🌿How to Perform (According to Sunnah)
মনে কুচিন্তা বা ওয়াসওয়াসা জাগ্রত হওয়া মাত্র মুখে বলুন: 'আ'উযু বিল্লাহি মিনাশ-শাইত্বানির রাজীম, আ-মানতু বিল্লাহি ওয়া রুসুলিহি' (আমি বিতাড়িত শয়তান থেকে আল্লাহর আশ্রয় চাই, আমি আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসুলগণের ওপর ঈমান আনলাম)। অতঃপর চিন্তাটি পুরোপুরি অগ্রাহ্য করুন এবং কোনো তর্কে লিপ্ত হবেন না।

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The evil eye is a fact, and if there were anything to outstrip the divine decree, it would be the evil eye. And when you are asked to wash, then wash.' (Sahih Muslim 2188). If the person who cast the evil eye is known, asking them to perform ablution and pouring that water over the afflicted person is directly established in the authentic Sunnah as an effective ruqyah and healing.
